At RNID, he led a full digital and engagement transformation, doubling brand awareness and launching a hearing check used by over 600,000 people. Today, he leads engagement with major US nonprofits in his role at Torchbox, with clients including NASA JPL, the Internet Society and the University of Pennsylvania.
Earlier in his career, Michael was a journalist at The Telegraph, where his reporting reached over 100 million readers and helped drive the paper’s digital shift.
